Welcome to our website! We would like to share some information with you on our school, St. Patrick’s Girls’ National School. We can be found on Cambridge Road, Ringsend, very close to the Liffey and its East Link Bridge. We are just across the river from the 3 Arena and the Luas Terminus and about 15 minutes walk from Aviva Stadium. Our nearest DART station is Grand Canal Dock.

Our school shares its building and campus with St. Patrick’s Boys’ National School and we both serve the children of St. Patrick’s Parish, Ringsend and its environs.

Our Patron is the Archbishop of Dublin.

The number of pupils in our school ranges from 160-165, which allows for 8 single stream classes from Junior Infants to 6th Class.

We currently (September 2019) have 8 Mainstream Class Teachers, 3 Support  Teachers and 1 Home School Community Liaison Co-ordinator.

For the most part, our Junior Infants come to us from Ringsend Community Creche and The Anchorage. Our 6th Class girls, generally, go to Ringsend College, St. Louis High School, Rathmines or Dominican College, Sion Hill, Blackrock.
